Gonzales: "Stevenson Is A piece Of Sh*t!"

In a radio interview given in Montréal on Wednesday
afternoon, the American boxer Jesus "El Martillo" Gonzales
attacked Adonis Stevenson’s criminal past. "About 15 years
ago, Stevenson spent four years in jail, for criminal
activities involving street gangs. This Haitian street gang
was forcing juvenile girls to be prostitutes, and some girls
accused members of the gang of rape," said Gonzales.
"If you robbed a bank because you are extremely poor, or if
you killed somebody by self defense, you deserve to get a
pardon, but it is an another thing when you are raping
teenagers and forcing them to become prostitutes,' said
Gonzales. "I can not have any kind of respect for Stevenson.
He is a piece of shit!"
Stevenson replied, "I did mistakes when I was young, I am
very sorry, and I paid my debt to the society."
Yvon Michel, the promoter of Stevenson, said, "Adonis did
bad things when he was young, it is true, but he became a
very respectful adult. He is now father of two kids, and he
his making his money honestly."
