Ali Inducted Into The Florida
Boxing Hall Of Fame

Tampa, Florida – The
Class of 2010 Florida Boxing Hall of Fame Inductees were
recognized at the Crown Plaza ballroom in Tampa tonight
with a line of greats, The evenings host by Marc
Lichtenfeld from “Through the Ropes” had the honor to
call to the stage Boxing greats Enrique Encinosa, James
“Smitty” Smith, Bob Alexander, “Only in America” himself
Don King, The “Mighty Atom” Barbara Buttrick the first
pro women fighter to fight on television in 1954, Don
Hazelton, Dan Birmingham, Gomeo Brennan, Al Bonanni and
Frank Otero.
It was in honor to “The Greatest” Muhammad Ali, what can
you say in Boxing that has not been said? History speaks
for itself, with his two stunning wins against the
“unbeatable” Sonny Liston and Joe Frazier, Ali could not
attend but was rejoiced by friends and fans.

Dundee united in honor to the Champ Muhammad Ali, The
Florida Hall Honored as well Inductees Yama Bahama,
Bobby Dukes, Eddie Flynn, Tommy Gomez, Willie Pep, Elmer
Ray, Phil Alessi, Jay Edson, Lou Viscusi and special
awards went to Mike Birmingham, Ramiro Ortiz and Steve
Yerrid.

has been a great success and is continuing to grow
rapidly.
