Our Tribute To Vitali Klitschko

Back in the early spring of 2004, we, Bret "The Threat" and Will "The Thrill", were given the privilege of covering the events leading up to and including Vitali's first defense of his WBC Heavyweight Title against Corrie Sanders. Along the way we made friends with everyone at his promotion company K2 Promotions. From lead man Tom Loeffler and everyone on the K2 staff, we were always treated with the utmost respect and we thank them for their hospitality.
 
We also found Vitali to be one of the most open and honest fighters we have ever dealt with and it was an honor to follow him throughout the remainder of his fine career.
 
As soon as we heard the news of his retirement we knew we had to show Vitali and his team how much we appreciated being allowed to be a small part of his experience both inside and outside the ring.
