Gag Order Placed On Mayweather vs Pacquiao Talks, But You Can’t Gag TMZ As They Expose Mayweather Exploits
By William Trillo
The negotiations for quite possibly the biggest fight ever are at a standstill and only an 11th hour mediation might save the multi million dollar battle. Too add to that you have just been slapped with a multi million dollar defamation law suit that has some pretty good legs to stand on.
So if you are one of the main players in all that mess what do you do?
Well if your name is Floyd Mayweather Jr. you go to the opening of the new club Vanity at the Hard Rock Cafe in Las Vegas and start trouble.
That’s right sports fans, while Mayweather management was trying to figure out how to save the Pacquiao/Mayweather fight, Floyd Jr. was busy nightclubbing in Las Vegas and getting into a near physical altercation with rapper Rick Ross.
Here….. I can’t be bothered with the details, check out the link for yourselves.

As I said in my previous blog, the mediator chosen to oversee the Pacquiao/Mayweather proceedings has 3 years of Juvenile court under his belt so hopefully for Floyd Jr. this ridiculous childlike scene won’t affect the outcome…..but it darn well should.
There were no reports of Floyd making it rain with counterfeit Benjamin’s at the Las Vegas bash.
Meanwhile members of Top Rank and Golden Boy met in Los Angeles for 9 hours with retired Judge Daniel Weinstein, but after the long day the press in attendance was informed there had been a gag order placed on the proceedings so we don’t know if they made any real headway or not.
“We’ve been told not to comment,” Arum told The Bulletin as soon as he stepped out of Weinstein’s office. “There’s a gag order.”
Trying to put a positive spin on the situation noted publicist Fred Sternburg said the fact that there’s a gag order could be a good sign. “The longer it is, the better it is. (That) means they’re still working at it,” said Sternburg.
Pacquiao lawyer Franklin Gacal said, “At least what we heard was not an announcement saying the fight is off. Perhaps, they’re still trying to tie up some loose ends.”
If they don’t tie up those so called loose ends the prospect of Pacquiao vs. Yuri Foreman and Mayweather fighting Paulie Malignaggi on back to back weekends is a very real and ridiculous option.
Both those fights are apparently PPV…..ON BACK TO BACK WEEKENDS!!!
Think quick boxing fans, on which weekend do you prefer to waste your money? The prospect of either one of those fights being worth the price of admission is negligible at best.
There are reports saying that talks will resume on Wednesday.
Meanwhile…….
The Los Angeles Times is running an on-line poll, asking its readers who among four primary figures in the on-going rift – Pacquiao, Mayweather, Arum and Mayweather’s promoters and managers – should be blamed.
The top vote-getter as of press time was Mayweather himself with 5,841 votes (72 percent), while his handlers got 1,537 (19 percent). Pacquiao just got 550 votes (7 percent) and Arum received 213 (3 percent).
That’s just over 90% 8,000 readers pointing the fickle finger of fate at Team Mayweather.
Let the record speak for itself!

Good job of reporting. Hey, when you get to TMZ and finish with the latest dribble about Maybeweather, check out under video where it says Hot Bods. Nice gals on the beach. At least it wasnt a wasted trip following your link.
Sorry to disagree, but I’ll pay to see Manny fight Donald Duck! Every fight Manny is in is exciting! BTW, why does everyone want to see Mayweather vs. Pacquiao??? Floyd will stink it up so bad running, holding, etc. etc. It would be a complete let down unless Manny and Roach can come up with a plan to make Floyd fight. The best fight out there is Manny vs. Mosley. I’m not saying this to be funny but I actually fell asleep on 4 of Floyd fights (Bruseles, Baldomir, De la Hoya, & Marquez). I only paid for the Baldomir fight and went over to friends’ houses for the De la Hoya and Marquez fights. After a while people just tend to play cards or talk or do whatever other than watch the fight. That NEVER happens when either Mosley or Pac-Man fights!
M-Dubb, I absolutely agree with you! There’s never a boring Pacquiao or Mosley fight. That fight would automatically be “Fight of the Year!” They are both true warriors… that fight would be like an ole’ school martial arts flick! Two masters showing their courage and skills…
Did you say Gag order or Fag order? Both are reasonable.
steroid boy had no intention of getting in the ring without his juice.
its evident by his refusal to take random blood tests.
yeah, rice and dog meat alone will give you that enormous head.
hey, Luis or whaver ur name is! You have to admit that your boyfriend gayweather is chicken…Gay finds reason for the fight not to push through..Chicken..
renskie you have to admit pac man walk away from the sam amount of money by not agreeing to the testing. It arum and pac man are so sure he wanted to get out of te fight then call his bluff and agree to the testing. Then even the biggest mayweather supporter would have nothing to say. Instead he walks away from 40 million dollars over drug testing will always leave doubts about him. There is a reason his people asked what the penalty would be if he failed. Why ask that if he don’t like he said “even know what a steriod looks like or was it he is afaird of neddles. even if you want to say mayweather is scared that my be but not taking the test is weird.
renskie, all steroid boy had to do was take the test, period, case closed, fight on.
he refused.
Mayweather was going to take the same exact test.
so you tell me, who was afraid of the needles ? who was afraid of getting weak before the fight ?? who was superstitious ??? what was his other excuses ???
its clearly evident who the chicken is………er, steroid fed chicken
Luis you dick riding fagget pls shut the fuck up
luis like floyd is a gay. i’m sure of that. i won;t waste my money watching gayweather fight, he’s a disgrace to boxing or any fighter for that matter. He’s better off in dancing and embracing opponents.
